Where do you practice?
I work online and face-to-face in Holbeton, Ivybridge, and Modbury in the South Hams, South Devon in England. (PL8 and PL21)
My counselling service is in the South Hams area of Devon, close to Plymouth and the sea. Additionally, I provide counselling online and over the phone. My private counselling room is on the ground floor and is welcoming, bright and airy. It is a versatile and creative space where I can offer creative therapies, including sand tray and painting. Please ask in advance if you want to use the sand tray miniatures or art materials so that I have them ready for your session, otherwise, I keep them tidied away. Walking and talking might also be an option since I live close to some beautiful and peaceful walks, either in the woods or by the sea.
It is easy to access and park in my driveway. I have a friendly dog on the premises, but he won’t go in the counselling room unless my clients ask. If you are afraid of dogs, tell me in advance and I’ll make sure he is inside when you come.

What therapies do you offer?
I practice person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), sand tray therapy, art therapy, brief solution-focused therapy, and gestalt.
What are your fees?
The cost is £50 for a 50-minute session, and payment is made via BACS/Bank Transfer or a contactless card reader.
How many sessions do you recommend?
Depending on modality
Brief Solution Focus Therapy – 8 weeks
CBT – up to 16 weeks
All others can be open-ended – we will review them regularly.
Do I have to sign anything?
We will agree to a working contract that will include your rights and responsibilities, confidentiality, and an outline of the focus of our work together. This will be signed by both client and counsellor.
